No, candidates are not mandatorily required to appear for the VITLEE to qualify for BBA LLB (Hons) admissions at VITSOL, Chennai. Aside from the VITLEE, candidates can also appear for the CLAT as well to qualify for admissions.
However, the CLAT is scheduled before the BBA LLB (Hons) admissions are opened. Thus, candidates are required to apply early for BBA LLB (Hons) admissions, if applying through the CLAT.

No, candidates of commerce stream are not exclusively eligible to apply for BBA LLB (Hons) at VITSOL, Chennai. Candidates who wish to apply for the BBA LLB (Hons) course can clear Class 12 board exams in any stream.
The only requirement for admissions is the minimum aggregate of 70% in Class 12 board exams.

Yes, VITSOL, Chennai BBA LLB (Hons) students can apply to receive scholarship from the STARS scholarship scheme. The eligibiity criteria for the STARS scheme only requires candidates to secure admissions into a UG-level course.

To qualify for the STSS scholarships, BBA LLB (Hons) students of VITSOL, Chennai must have a total family income of less than INR 1.5 Lacs per annum. Candidates need to also secure good grades in the final exams of the first semester of BBA LLB (Hons) with no F grade awarded in any subject.

There is no mention of an offline mode of application for the BBA LLB (Hons) course at VITSOL, Chennai. Candidates applying by registering for CLAT cannot register for that exam in offline mode. For VITLEE 2026 registrations, candidates need to confirm the existance of an offline mode of registration from the admission desk.
