Peking University is known to be one of the top ranked universities in China and has a ranking of #14 in the QS 2025. Across all departments, PKU offers quality teaching from experienced lecturers. The PKU library is one of the best in China, and all the study rooms on campus make it easy for students to learn at their own pace. The university will provide its students with all they need to start a successful career, whether inside China or elsewhere. Overall, PKU provides a great experience for international students and is definitely worth considering.

To appear in the Gaokao Exam, applicants need to have citizenship of China with a local household registration (“hukou”). No foreign students can appear for Gaokao exam. They need to follow the admission process for itnernational students, if they want to study in China.

Gaokao Exam is National College Entrance Examination of China. It is an annual standardized test that determines university admissions for Chinese students. Consider it similar exam like JEE and NEET in India. Gaokao exam is widely regarded as the world's most challenging entrance exam.
