Yes, you can and you have to if you want to practice medicine in the USA mainly. All international medical graduates must take the USMLE.

When planning to study MBBS abroad, first step is to check if the university is listed with MCI. You can check that here on MCI website:
https://www.mciindia.org/ActivitiWebClient/informationdesk/forStudentstoStudyAbroad
Also, important is the Country you choose to study at and then the University in that country.
The Jiangxi University is listed with MCI is a good institution. You will be taught Chinese language along with your course and will have to pass exam as well. It is quite challenging to learn this language.

Different colleges have different entry requirements. No doubt you must have very good grades knowing the fact that the Chinese are competitive. CUCAS (China's University and College Admission System) is the official online admission portal for international students to apply to Chinese universities. You must check the CUCAS website to know about the process, universities offering programs in English language , scholarship criteria etc. But overall programmes in Chinese universities are generally taught in English and you will need to take IELTS or TOEFL only.

Very little is known about studying in China. Studying in Japan is distinctly costly. I would advise you to pursue your B.Tech in India only. Of course, if funding is not a problem then you can go to Europe or to US for undergraduate studies. Added advantage is securing a job in MNC.

It is not a bad option but you must learn Chinese language. Though very few programs are delivered in English, you must know Chinese for your clinical experience. Check this:

All the best.
