For all BSc programmes, students are required to go through a micro presentation and personal interview. However, for the Economics, Mathematics and Statistics subject combination, students are required to appear for CUET conducted by Christ. In both cases, the academic performance in Class 12 is considered for final selection.

For certain specialisations, aspirants may need to have a minimum aggregate in the qualification exam to become eligible for admission. In order to apply for the BCA course at CIIMS, candidates must complete Class 12 in any stream. The course duration is four years spread over eight semesters. Aspirants who have not completed Class 12 are not eligible for BCA admission at Christ Imperial Institute of Management and Science.

A pass in a UG Degree with a total of 50% or equivalent grade. Students studying the International curriculum should be aware that eligibility is subject to AIU guidelines. Scores from the following examinations held in 2023 and 2024 will be accepted: September MAT 2023, December MAT 2023, February / March. MAT 2024, CAT 2023, CMAT 2024, GMAT 2023/2024, XAT 2024, ATMA 2024, or GRE 2023/2024).
MAT score of 500 or higher; CAT score of 60 percentile or higher; XAT score of 60 percentile or higher; CMAT score of 240 or higher; ATMA score of 60 percentile or higher; GMAT score of 450 or higher; or GRE score of 295 or higher.

The eligibility requirements for BBA at Christ - Lavasa, Pune Campus are as follows:
For candidates following the national curriculum, they must have passed 10+2 in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised board.
Candidates with an international curriculum should meet AIU stipulations, requiring 3 Higher Level (HL) and 3 Standard Level (SL) subjects with 24 credits. Additionally, applicants pursuing GCE/Edexcel must have a minimum of 3 A-levels with grades not lower than C.
