The selection process at Christ University B.A. LL.B includes an online application. Then, if shortlisted, the candidate shall have to appear for Christ University Law Entrance Test (CULEE). The other selection criterion may include assessment of the skills of students through interviews or presentations and, lastly, basis CULEE score, and their academic performance for final selection. While the minimum in Karnataka 2nd PUC is normally 45 to 50%, entrance score plays a more important role for selection. For this one, it is better to refer to the official website to get the most up to date information.

The fee for undergraduate programmes varies across courses. Fees for the majority of UG courses fall in the range from Rs 1.5-3 Lacs yearly for B.A., B.Com., BBA and B.A LL.B., though costs can change by course category, NRI, etc. Again, students are advised to visit Christ University's official web portal to get the most exact and recent fee structure of the College.

Christ University, in fact, takes the entrance exams conducted by it - Christ University Law Entrance Test (CULEE) to accept admission for B.A. LL.B program. Some other times they allow scores of national-level entrance for law schools like CLAT or LSAT India as is specified by the norms in respect of that year's Admission process.

You can consider Christ University if you are holding 70% in Class 12, depending upon your course. More in demand courses like BA LLB or BBA is at the higher side. Good performance is required at the entrance exams and interview to boost those chances. Check out at the website of the university the eligibility criteria.

At Christ University, both BA LL.B and BBA LL.B offer good placements but cater to different goals:

BA LL.B: Suitable for litigation, public service, policy, or teaching.
BBA LL.B: This course suits corporate law, business, and banking. BA LL.B will be more beneficial for a public role while BBA LL.B would be corporate career-oriented. Success always depends on personal interest, networking, and academic hard work.

Generally one can expect better placements from Christ University than from Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies. The quality of the placement cell is better and has connections with the top law firms. Although BILS gives a good grounding in law, its placement aid is not as strong as that of Christ. In case placement options and career enhancement are the primary drivers to take up the course, Christ University is a better option.

Earlier there were two separatr courses in the University- BBA.I did my BBA from there. During my time the fee structure was 140000 per year. There was no boys hostel in the campus (only girls hostel),although they did have tie-ups with 2-3 private PGs nearby.

Now that they have converted BBA, I am not sure about the fee structure. Check the website.

PS- Try not to flunk in any exam as they charge Rs 5000 for every repeat exam. Sad. But it's true.
