CGC University offers modern facilities for students including academic blocks, library, collaboration spaces, convenience store and Cafe. It has a canteen with seating capacity for 500 students. This course is offered in affiliation with the I.K Gujral Punjab Technical University (PTU) and the final degree is also awarded by the same university. For admission to CGC University BCA course, there is a selection process, which is inclusive of fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria and getting the qualifying merit scores in Class 12 or Diploma-level exams. There is no entrance exam required for the selection.

 No, students who have not completed Cass 12 cannot pursue the CGC University DPharma course. The admission committee has set the criteria that only those candidates who have successfully passed Class 12 examinations with Science as the stream are eligible to apply.
