The DPharma programme at CGC mandates that applicants must have completed Class 12 from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Admission is contingent on performance in the entrance exam, and candidates are required to pass the JEECUP exam. CGC provides a two-year DPharma programme. Those considering CGC's DPharma programme are required to meet the eligibility criteria and successfully clear the JEECUP entrance exam.

There is an additional one-time payment required for admission to the DPharma programme at CGC. This one-time payment includes application fees, and the amount is INR 500. The fee structure for CGC's DPharma programme also comprises various components. Some of these components are one-time charges, while others are to be paid annually or per semester.  The fee amount is indicative and subject to change, as it is based on information from the official website or the sanctioning body.

At City Group of College (CGC) Lucknow, the BSc programme is offered in three specializations, namely Bachelor of Science (BSc), Agriculture, and Nursing. The duration of these UG-level courses ranges from three to four years. Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognised board to be eligible for admission. After selection, aspirants are required to pay the BSc fees for the selected courses to confirm admission.

The CGC BSc placement report has not been released. According to the City Group of Colleges overall placement report, the highest package offered for the BSc course during the 2023 placements was INR 6.50 LPA, with an average package of INR 2.50 LPA. Moreover, the top recruiters for the BSc course included HCL, Tech Mahindra, Aditya Birla Group, Policy Bazar, Accenture, Genpact, and more.
