Yes, CGC University application forms are out. The forms can be obtained both online and offline. Students can go to the university's site for online submission or visit the university campus for offline process.

At CGC University, students are given several scholarship schemes. For some courses, CGCUET is conducted for both admissions and scholarships. However, for the courses under the following Schools, the CGCUET is used for scholarships only:
- School of Engineering & Technology
- School of Management Studies
- School of Advance Computing
- School of Legal Studies
- School of Allied & Health Sciences
- School of Pharmaceutical Sciences
- School of Physical Education and Sports Sciences

CGC University shortlists students based on academic merit, entrance exam scores (if applicable), and the number of seats available for each course. The university conducts CGCUET as an entrance-cum-scholarship test. The selection process for each course can be found at the CGC University website.

CGC University eligibility require students to complete the last qualifying exam. The general eligibility is as follows:
- CGC University UG eligibility requires students to pass Class 12 in a relevant stream and with specified marks from a recognised board
- CGC University PG eligibility students to graduate in a relevant field from a recognised university
