UIET Panjab University is equivalent to average NITs in terms of academics, faculty, infrastructure, exposure & placements. Placement scenario of UIET has improved a lot. There are really very good placement opportunities for CS/IT students. Last year in 2019 tech giants & e-commerce giants like Microsoft & Amazon visited the campus for recruitment & offered packages of Rs. 41 LPA & Rs. 30 LPA respectively.
