Yes, you take political Science honors as you have already done intermediate in arts stream. There is no such hard and tough role to choose honors subjects. Choose your subject as per your interests. So that you will enjoy it and learn a lots from your interested subjects. Best of luck.

I think you should choose BET CBSE or ICSE and PSEB, but CBSE board is better than PSEB, because with CBSE, you'll get better career options with CBSE syllabus in every field either engineering or medicals and commerce too.

It doesn't matter. Only your percentage or CGPA will matter in the end, because these marks will be taken into account and not your Board.

You should surely apply for hotel management course that will provide you all kind of knowledge in setting & managing your hotel business.

After completing class 12th commerce, you can apply for following courses :-
1) CS
2) CA
3) B.Com
4) BBA
5) BCA
6) BHM Bachelor in Hotel Management).

To pursue, it purely depends on you, I can only suggest you to what course you can pursue after 12. The course you can pursue after commerce are:
BBA, B.Com B.A. BHM CA CS CMA, B.A. etc. And after Home-Science:
BHM is the best option or BBA according to me.
