No. Suggest your friend to complete his 12th first. After that, he could take admission in B.Tech CSE.

You have so many options. You can go for B.Sc+M.Sc or BPT (Physiotherapy), B.Pharma (Pharmacy), BDS These fields are also best in the medical field. Make your career in any of these fields.
