I think you will agree with me that your rank in MHTCET is a bit on the lower side. VJTI is the topmost choice of students. Hence one needs to be in 90percentile bracket to get admission here. However to help you I am attaching a link that will predict college for you.

Bachelors in Arts-You can do BA by taking honours either in economics, political Science, language, sociology, history, geography, home science and philosophy. This line has the scopes in teaching in schools, colleges, universities so you can opt for B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) after graduation.
Bachelors in Commerce:

As per your marks in 12th and NEET, chances of getting any private or government college are close to nil. You need to apply for deemed universities or private colleges separately. You can try for management seat in a low budget college for BHMS in top deemed universities and private colleges.
