You can go to take higher education in any country of your choice. For that, you have to take some standardized tests. You will need your high school transcript, teacher's recommendation, counselor recommendation, extracurricular activities.

It depends on the stream of course. For example, for engineering, you have to take state level entrance exams, national level AIEEE, IIT-JEE exams. Lot of institutes offer University based entrance exams too for entry into their respective colleges.

You can take up Bachelors in business administration, hotel and hospitality management. Alternately, you may consider change based on interest like psychology, agriculture sciences, event management, media and entertainment, etc.
