Will you face problem in coping up with the commerce syllabus? A bit. It takes time and dedication to fully understand the commerce subjects like accountancy, tax, and audit in depth. You will have to spend more time studying compared to your fellow commerce students, but with proper efforts you can not only acquire in-depth knowledge but also gain an edge over others because you will have all the concepts fresh in mind. So yes you can pursue BBA after Science because almost all universities accept Science students for BBA/BMS course. Yes off course, you are eligible for this entrance exam, as you have cleared the +2 level examination in the 10+2 pattern of examination of any recognized Central/State Board of Secondary Examination.
23 years is an upper age limit. Feel for any of your further doubts.

Have good knowledge of any field of your interest. Even if you love to play any sport, became a master in that or any other field like Science, Medicine, Finance or Arts. You can even a become a good Hotel Manager and get into top hotels like ITC, J. W. Marriott or Taj. Just work hard in your interested domain, get as much knowledge as you can. Continuous learning is the only way to reach at top.

If you wish to take admission in MET Institute of Pharmacy for Diploma in Pharmacy, you need to fulfill the eligibility as below.
