Indian students can access undergraduate and postgraduate law studies in several top law universities through the national-level Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). A CLAT applicant needs to finish their 12th examinations successfully with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) after their graduation. Students need to complete sections testing their ability in English along with logical reasoning and legal reasoning and general knowledge in the exam.

According to seats, marks and applicants, CLAT PG ranks vary every year. CLAT PG cutoff ranks of LLM at Nirma University are from 2000 to 4000 according to previous year cutoff ranks for the general category. For further information, go to the official  website of the university.

By getting an AIR of 25,000 and having an EWS rank of 2340 in CLAT, NLU Nagpur may be difficult to pursue but one still can obtain it, especially in subsequent rounds or with the help of domicile benefits. If you are an EWS candidate then you have a relatively good chance of getting into DNLU Jabalpur, HPNLU Shimla, or MNLU Aurangabad which are in tier 2 or 3 of the list. Don't forget to fill the application form in all the counselling sessions.

No, the CLAT exam is not compulsory for admission to all law programs, including those at GLS College, as many universities and colleges offer LLB programs through their own entrance exams or direct admission processes
