School of Science Studies CMR University is one among the best in Bangalore offering various undergraduate and post graduate programs. But I would not considered it to be the best or the only choice. As there are various other esteemed Universities in Bangalore such as

For admission in Master's of Computer Application at CMR University, entrance exam score of Karnataka Post Graduate Comman Entrance (PGCET) and Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) are required.

CMR University has certain eligibility criteria to join for MCA program.
For admissions, candidates are required to have :
- Bachelor's Degree with aleast 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) from a recognised university.
- Studied Mathematics, Business Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science at the 10+2 level or during graduation.
- A valid score in the Karnataka PGCET or KMAT entrance exam.
Thus, to take admission in the MCA Program at CMR University, taking the KMAT or PGCET entrance is necessary.
