CMR University has got decent faculty and placement statistics. Think in terms of what you are looking for in that institute to learn. Don't just blindly go for any institute. Do some research, find the area which you want to specialize in, etc.

ECE at CMRIT is better as it is having better placements, faculty members, and campus when compared with CMR University, so it is better to go for CMRIT.

With a rank of 29,066 rank in COMEDK, you can get CMR University or CMR Institute of Technology, Bangalore but you will get CSE in 2nd round or in extended round of counseling of comedk. I hope you got your answer.
