CMS College of Science and Commerce College eligiblity criteria are different from one course to another. To be eligible for a UG course, a candidate must have completed Class 12 from a recognised board. For PG courses, however, students must have completed their undergraduate degree. Additionaly for admission to MCA candidates are required to appear for TANCET entrance exam.

The college provides a three-year undergraduate degree programme, divided into six semesters and each semester's duration is six months. Additionally, the college provides two specialisations in BA courses- BA in English Literature and BA in Criminology.
