The cutoff for Bachelor of Science at N. M. College of Agriculture, Shimoga is 5567 for the general category. Also, Candidates must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects. They must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates) in 10+2 or equivalent examination.

The eligibility criteria for B.Sc (Hons.) in Agriculture at N. M. College of Agriculture include the following:

  • A candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination.
  • The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks with PCM/PCB/PCMB or Agriculture.

Navinchandra Mafatlal College of Agriculture (NM College of Agriculture) was established in 1965 to impart quality education in the field of Agriculture. It is a government institute and offers BSc, MSc and PhD programmes.

Admission to B.Sc is based on merit. NM College of Agriculture M.Sc. programme is based on the marks scored in Written Test.

For admission to M.Sc. programme, 50% weightage is given to the marks scored in Common Entrance Test. Mode of admission is online. This is a government institution, so you cannot get admission directly and there are some minimum criteria.
