The overall placement rate for the 2022 drive stood at 94%. As per the annual report, 97% of Engineering and 91% of Management batches were placed during 2022 placements. Earlier, the overall placement rate recorded during 2021 placements was 89%. This indicates an improvement of 5% from 2021 to 2022. In IHMs you can spend less as it is a public body and in IIHMs you would have to spend no less than 4 Lacs for the course as it is a private body. Other than that, both are best at their own places. Public one offers more better jobs is just a myth. It only depends on your personal skills and your capability to be an asset to the company. I have worked with a large IHG hotel where I found absolutely no difference between an IHM graduate and IIHM graduate. Once you step into the industry the difference between both institutes vanishes off.

The faculty at Gujarat University consists of assistant and associate professors with majority of the members being PhD holders with extensive industry experience. The faculty is highly qualified and educated.

According to the review given by a L D College's students -The lowest salary package offered at L D college of Engineering is 1.20 LPA. The average package offered ranges from 4 LPA to 5 LPA. The minimum per annum package offered was 3.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Reliance, Ford, etc.
According to the information available on shiksha.com - 560 students of the Faculty of Technology received job offers in the 2022 placements at DDU Nadiad. Ahmedabad University offers admission to BTech through national/state-level entrance exam. Those who belong to Gujarat domicile can apply via a valid score of GUJCET as per the ACPC norms. Admission to candidates from outside of Gujarat is offered based on the scores of JEE Main. The university allocates 50% of seats to the JEE Main qualifiers through group counselling and the remaining 50% of seats are allocated through ACPC based on GUJCET scores to students belonging to the Gujarat domicile.
