- Master of Computer Application [MCA]- first year fee of the Master of Computer Application is Rs. 1.19 Lakhs and the eligibility for admission is Graduation.
- Master of Business Administration [MBA] -first year fee of the Master of Business Administration is Rs. 1.18 Lakhs and the eligibility for admission is Graduation with 50% + CMAT.

However, KJSCEIT has a slightly higher ranking and is autonomous, which gives it more flexibility in designing its curriculum and conducting examinations.
