Yes, library facilities are available at TKM Institute of Management. The TKM Institute of Management library has acquired over 15340 books. It subscribes to around 106 national and international print journals as well as more than 8000 electronic management journals (PROQUEST and J-gate); which provides seamless access to millions of journal articles available online offered by 8750+ publishers along with a massive set of e-journals available through the open access initiatives in TKM Institute of Management Library. The Digital Library is equipped with multi-media systems with dedicated broadband internet. More than 340 CDs/DVD and other electronic resources in all topics is one of the key facilities. 

The mess food of the hostel is very disgusting. Specially for North Indians its very difficult to survive. First of all the mess food charges is included in hostel fees only i.e. Rs. 1 Lacs per annum. But still they provide vegeterian only. And also they don't provide roti and dal too.

They serve meal three types . In morning most of the time its either idli or dosa or somedays puri which is very oily ofcourse . In afternoon you will get the basic lunch i.e rice, saambar, sabji and salad. And at night also same. Even they provide paneer also twice in a month. And the paneer is also not less than a hard rubber .

Initially, in first year many students opt for hostel and no doubt the hostel facility is very good. But still most of them leave hostel the next year due to quality of food only.

In Rai University there is a hostel in it. In college hostel, they provide personal washroom. The rooms in the hostel are 4 seater, 3 seater, 2 seater and 1 seater with different prices. They also have air conditioned rooms. The AC rooms are more costlier than normal room. In hostel mess, there are 3 meal and in evening you can have tea in mess. The mess food is quite okay. If you don't like the food of mess you can order tiffin from out side. There are more many PGS near by Rai University but they all are in nearby village, in Saroda and Dholka and many more villages. They all are more than 2 to 3 km away from university. There are some hotels for food and also tiffin service, but the hotel takes delivery charge. The tiffin service does free delivery.
