If you would like to enrol for MBA in IGNOU, you will have to provide them a letter of 3 years of work experience and they will also take entrance test. But in ICFAI, they will not ask for experience letter and won't take any entrance test. I heard from many people that IGNOU is harder. According to me, ICFAI would be the best option for you.

IIM Calcutta is Mecca for finance. Apart from that you can also go for DFS DU which comes under Delhi University. Less people know about it. You can also go for SIBM Pune.

No, I don't think so. All IIMs take admissions from CAT exam.
