It's not possible up to most of the extent because your score should be more than 55% in all the classes.
But, try any other alternative source. You can find it definitely.
Definitely, there will be a solution.

Yes, for any MBA course, one should be given an entrance examination, while these days some universities are taking students just based on the GDPI rounds without any examinations. So, it would be better if you contact the university for admission process.

Yes, the eligibility is dependent on graduation and not 10th marks.

Hi there!
Diploma holders can also apply for admission. They have to take lateral entry for that, lateral entry is given only at the time of 2nd year in the college. You can contact college authorities for the same. I hope you got your answer.

Dear,
So far my knowledge goes CCNA can be done from Regional Networking Academy. It is conducted and monitored by CISCO. Here the course fee is reasonable. Best wishes.

It is not possible after class 12th. They requires an undergraduate degree. If you really want admission there, pursue an under graduation course, and then work really hard to get admission there.

Yes, you can pursue two courses at the same time through distance learning but I would suggest you to pursue one course through regular mode and the other one through distance learning especially engineering. I am saying so because All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has not approved engineering courses in the open and distance learning (ODL) mode.
So it will be better if you pursue your engineering through regular mode and media course through distance learning mode.
