Almost, 80% students of batch 2016-18 have been placed, rest will be placed within this month (saying this on the basis of last year's record).
Also, I would like to tell you that SBS has maintained the reputation of providing placements to 100% students till now.

No. you cannot. This is because courses available at Shanti Business School are PGDM and PGDM-C. Both are postgraduate Diploma and the minimum level of qualification required to pursue PG is graduation.
You can complete your graduation from any other institute and for PGDM, you can come to SBS.

Yes, it gives admission based on your class 12th score. You can see cut-off in the book provided by ACPC.

Eligibility:

Unfortunately, there is no course in B. Des that you can qualify after 10th. The minimum eligibility criterion is to complete your 12th standard from a recognised board of education.
