L.J. Institute of Management Studies, Ahmadabad does not offers MBA 2 years course. This Institute offers only 5-years Integrated MBA course after class 12th.

GUJCET rank of below 400 or marks about 115/120 can be good enough in your case for Nirma University for B.Tech CSE.

Yes, you can get Nirma University through GUJCET. The fifty percent seats of the total sanctioned seats shall be filled as Government seats from the candidates who have passed the Qualifying Examination from the schools located in the State of Gujarat and have appeared in GUJCET Examination for the corresponding academic year, by the Admission Committee on the basis of the merit list prepared by the Admission Committee.
The rank below the 500 in GUJCET can be good enough for admission here in the desired course.

As of now, just be consistent in your efforts and try to score as high as possible in CAT. That should be your prime focus. Interview and selection should be a secondary concern to you but I will mention a few insights.
10th and 12th marks are of concern but if you get the interview call, prepare well for it. You must showcase some achievements apart from academics and must have full knowledge about it as they will ask you in detail about it. Apart from that, do maintain polite behavior as there are people from the Organisational Behaviour area taking the interview. Make sure your answers are logical and have proof or fact attached to

A lot depends on graduation specialisation. Class 10th marks are of concern. If you get the interview call, prepare well for it. You must showcase some achievements apart from academics and must have full knowledge about it as they will ask you in detail about it. I think with this you can definitely crack any IIM.
But before that, try to score as high as possible and consistency of practicing all 3 sections daily is the key to that
