The factors responsible for JNTUK BTech cutoff trends are the total number of candidates for entrance exams, the difficulty level of entrance exams, previous year cutoff trends, and the number of vacant seats available at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.

Carrying phone allowed in the SV University Tirupathi. But it's mandatory to switch off your mobile phones while attending class. While during placement or other online classes it's mandatory to bring phones to the college. So using mobile phone within the class hours is prohibited and punishable.

So carrying phone alone within the university but you were prohibited to use it during class time.
