According to the eligibility criteria, candidates need minimum percentage of 60% or 6.0 CGPA aggregate in any Bachelors degree from a recognised Central / State University to be eligible for MBA admission at GITAM Visakhapatnam.

GITAM University offers MBA as a postgraduate management programme. The 2-year curriculum of this course covers areas like Marketing, Business Analytics, Accounting & Finance,  International Business and  Entrepreneurship among others.

The MBA admission in GITAM is entrance-exam based. Candidates need to have 60% or 6.0 CGPA aggregate marks in any Bachelor's degree to be eligible for MBA admission in GITAM. Students are selected for MBA in GITAM on the basis of score obtained in CAT, MAT, NMAT, CMAT, SNAP, AP/TG ICET or GITAM Business Aptitude Test (GBAT) and Personal Interview.

The last date to apply for BTech in 2026 at GITAM is 25th March. The dates of entrance exam, personal interview and result announcement are 29th March. The last date to complete admission process is 10th April.

Students can pay the fee for the MBA programme at GITAM annually or per semester. Students who pay the full fee for the first year as a single payment can get a 3% discount on the total amount.

GITAM offers scholarships on a first-come, first-serve basis.  The scholarships are give subject to the availability of the seats under the scholarship quota.

Students can get upto 100% of scholarship based on the rank /score/percentile of the GAT or accepted national/state entrance test.

GITAM scholarship is applicable only for the first year. To continue the same scholarship for the following years, candidates should score a CGPA of 8.0 and above.

Students can pay the fee for the BTech programme in GITAM annually or per semester. Students who choose to pay the full first-year fee as a single payment are eligible for a 3% discount on the total amount
