There is no explicit information for this but the University of Wollongong - UAE is known for a few of its courses -

The University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD) is continuously ranked among the top 200 universities in the world on the basis of the quality of their graduates. Many of the university's courses are among the best in the world, according to the University of Wollongong's UAE subject ranking 2023. International students who wish to study MS in Information Technology at Flinders University must meet the below requirements:
· A bachelor’s degree equivalent of a three-year Australian bachelor’s degree.
· Meet English language requirements, i.e. IELTS (6.0)/TOEFL (72), PTE (50)/ Duolingo (95-100)
· Provide additional test score of GMAT/GRE (if asked)
