Candidates seeking admission to the B.Tech programme offered by CIC, DU must possess a 10+2 Certificate in Science stream with minimum percentage required by the university. The minimum required percentage for each category are as follows:
General: 60% in any four subjects (including Mathematics)
OBC : 54% in any four subjects (including Mathematics)
Pwd/CW: 57% in any four subjects (including Mathematics)
SC/ST : Passing marks with Mathematics as one subject.

1:- Eligibility: The eligibility criteria for admission to the programme include completion of year 12 or equivalent with an Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) of 95.0 or higher, or an equivalent international qualification.
