No, candidates cannot get admission in School of Architecture, CMR University. The selection to BArch programme is based on NATA, JEE Main Paper-II or CMRUAT scores. For admission to PhD programmes, aspirants need to pass UGC-NET, CSIR NET, GATE, etc. The school evaluates the performance of the candidates in the qualifying exam and entrance test for final selection.

School of Architecture, CMR University does not offer direct admissions. The school considers scores in NATA, JEE Main Paper II or CMRUAT for admission to BArch programme. The university conducts CMR University Admission Test (CMRUAT) in computer-based mode. Besides, the school also considers UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, SLET, GATE scores for PhD admission. Aspirants need to participate in all the selection rounds for a seat in SOA.

Utkal University M.Tech admission takes place through the OJEE entrance exam. The selection criteria for admission into the university is a valid OJEE score and a valid graduation from a recognised university. There is not much data available for M.Tech placements at Utkal University in 2024. As per the NIRF Report 2024, the median package for PG 2-year courses is INR 4.5 LPA. In addition to that, Shiksha student reviews suggest that close to 40% - 70% students are regularly placed in the programme. Utkal University M.Tech programme is two years long with four semesters. Candidates have to complete and get a valid score in the four semesters of the programme to be eligible for the M.Tech degree. The course is provided in regular fulltime mode, thus candidates have to commit certain hours to the programme during their two year period of completing the course. They can't take up the course on part-time or correspondence basis.
