The college provides on-campus housing to all students but only in North Bay. Students studying at Parry Sound need to make living arrangements independently and look for off-campus housing options. The North Bay campus offers three apartment-style buildings as student residences that accommodate 675 students. The buildings also feature full kitchens with ovens/stoves in every suite.
