If you're planning to do B.Sc at DAV College Chandigarh, the fee for general students is somewhere around INR 25000 to 35000 per year, depending on the subject. Admission to B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering at Chandigarh University is based on CUCET or JEE Main scores. Students with 60% or more in 10+2 (with Physics and Maths) are eligible. CU doesn't have a fixed cutoff, but a CUCET score above 30% is required, and for CSE, the expected rank cutoff is around 9,000. Scholarships are based on performance—those scoring 90%+ in CUCET get a 100% tuition fee waiver, and even 40–49.99% scorers receive INR 14,600 off the INR 1,46,000 fee.
