Based on the available data and resources, PGIMER Chandigarh accepts the "Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI CET)" as the primary entrance exam for admission. To be admitted at PGIMER, candidates have to qualify for the INI CET. While NEET is a prerequisite for the MBBA programme in the majority of medical institutes in India, it is not given that much importance in PGIMER.

PGIMER cutoff 2024 for INI CET Open Round Seat Allotment has been released. The institute offers admission to MD /MS /MCh /DM/ MDS courses through INI CET Ranks. As per the Open Round INI CET cutoff 2024, the closing rank ranged between 69 and 16418. MD in Paediatrics can be considered the most competitive course for the General Category All India candidates.

The NIRF report 2023 is out. According to the report, 42 PG (2-year) and 83 PG (3-year) students were placed during JSS Medical College placements 2022. The median package offered to MBBS students during 2021 placements stoos at INR 14.5 LPA. For PG (2-year) and PG (3-year) students, the median package offered during 2022 placements was INR 12.5 LPA and INR 19.8 LPA, respectively.

According to the official information available online on university website, over 100 companies participated in the ITM Institute of Hotel Management placements for 2023 in it's Navi Mumbai campus and over 120 companies participated in it's Oshiwara campus.
ITM Business School Navi Mumbai achieved a 100% placement rate for its PGDM batch in 2022. The highest placement package offered was of INR 21 LPA, and the average placement package stood at INR 8.65 LPA.
