Yes, there are 18 hostels at PU CHD. Among them, eight are for boys and ten for girls. There is one Working Women Hostel that is equipped with all modern facilities. There is also an International Hostel to accommodate international students/faculty. Hostel seats are limited and are provided purely on a merit basis to campus students. The number of seats available is displayed on the university website well before the start of admission.

PU-CET (PG) is an entrance exam conducted by Panjab University Chandigarh for admission to its various post-graduate courses. PU-CET (PG) syllabus includes all the important topics of subjects that are relevant for business and general aptitude. For the PU-CET (PG) exam, candidates have to study Verbal Ability, Reasoning, General Knowledge and Data Interpretation. PU-CET (PG) exam preparation: Candidates should devise a strategy in advance. They must have a good idea of PU-CET (PG) exam pattern, the section-wise break-up, topic-wise weightage and the expected difficulty level of the question paper. 

The fee for MBA in Punjab university ranges from INR 42,700 - INR 6.2 lakh. Panjab University offers two-year MBA programmes across four specialisations via the University Business School and across seven specialisations via the University Institute of Applied Management Sciences. Other than these,  Dr. S. Bhatnagar University Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology offers an Integrated BE (Chemical) - MBA to the students
