The Chandigarh University course admission to all courses (UG, PG, integrated, Diploma and other) is done through CUCET. The university also conducts a counselling process for admission to BPharma, MPharma, BA LLB, LLM and BSc Nursing. Additionally, it accepts a few national-level entrance exams, such as JEE Main, NATA, CAT, MAT, XAT, etc., to provide scholarships to its UG and PG aspirants. However, whether these exams are also considered for admission or not must be confirmed from CU admission office as there is no clarity on the same on the official website.

The admission process for Chandigarh University starts with the registrations of CUCET, which is an in-house entrance exam of Chandigarh University. The registration process for Phase 1 lasted till May 30, 2024. After the completion of the first phase exams, the application window opened for the second phase. The last exam of CUCET Phase 1 was conducted on May 31, 2024.

Chandigarh University admissions to BBA course are entrance-based. Those who want to take admission to this course at Chandigarh University must apply via the official website of CUCET and apply for the respective entrance exam in the first place. By fulfilling the application form, candidates need to pay an application amount of INR 1,000. The application form can be filled in both online/ offline modes.
