Dear Pardhan Gautam, Yes, M.Sc. In IT at LPU is good and you are eligible for the programme. You should have passed with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor"s degree (any discipline) or equivalent. It has its own department of training and placements where the student's skills are honed to an extent that they emote their concepts in a smooth, guided, and confident way in order to gain the best placements in the required field. LPU has been awarded the National Employability award for best placements by Aspiring Minds. Some of the companies which have picked students for this stream are MIQ Digital India. Been a faculty at LPU let me share the admission criteria as I am not aware about IIHM. Student have to Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English or equivalent, a further 5% relaxation is given to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmir Migrants). Let me share few points about Hotel Management programme at LPU :
Curriculum: High academic standards maintained by offering the curriculum framed in consultation with industry experts. Student exposure: Being a part of a resource-rich University, the students have an advantage of interdisciplinary exposure which is not possible in standalone colleges. University-Hotel: The School also trains its students in the campus hotel named UniHotel of 25 rooms hosting national and international guests where students practice along with the staff. Infrastructure: The School has five modern kitchens with two bakeries. All kitchen and bakery are equipped to enable a student to perform scientifically and to attain their best of learning through most modern gazettes. We have few training restaurants to teach a student about the authentic serving style of food and beverage. We are equipped with one front office laboratory, two housekeeping laboratories, two computer laboratories with 60 computers, and a simulation laboratory for aviation.
