Yes definitely you can get Admission in BA with 60% UT POOL.

As you are NON UT so B.Com is not possible with this percentage, you can try for BBA this percentage is enough to get admission in BBA in GGDSD College.

As you are NON UT, so for BBA this percentage is not enough for GGDSD but for other colleges under PANJAB UNIVERSITY it is not possible. You can try for BCA or BA.

See with 60% it is not possible in BBA not only in GGDSD but also any college under PANJAB UNIVERSITY. You can try for BCA or BA

I am talking about LPU only because I have seen the things in LPU with my own eyes as per my experience in LPU as an alumni, LPU is an outstanding place to pursue your studies.
