Well, I am not aware about Chandigarh University, Being a part of LPU, I am much aware about the programme through my best friend. Yes, you can get admission in GGDSD College, Chandigarh with your marks, as mostly 50 - 60 % is required to get admission there in any of the course, and you can get admission there even without Maths but you need English this criteria is for BBA. But for BCA to need Maths to be your subject to get admission in it.

Hello,
Wether you can get admission for b.com depends upon the college. Like if the colleges have an entrance exam then you have a chance for it. Otherwise you can apply for scholarahip programs
