Hi,
Chances are very low with this percentage score in class 12th board. However, you must give a try and participate in counselling, may be in the last round, you can get a seat in SD College.

Hi,
Yes, you can get admission on the basis of home state quota. You should choose branches other than CSE. You can go for civil, electrical, mechanical, electronics and information technology.
