You are definitely eligible to apply for this college, but as cut off for MCM DAV is high so you might have to struggle getting a seat with this score.

I would necessarily say St Xavier's College Mumbai is much better than say DU. As here you get an all-round exposure apart from studies. And I personally believe that the kind of personality development you would get here at Xavier's is beyond any colleges of DU unless you go to Stephen's, LSR, Hindu etc.

Yes, definitely. You can apply with this score anywhere including private institutes and about getting admission in a government organization, it depend on merit but if we talk about the private institutes you will definitely get the same.

If you are of a general category student. Then it is very difficult for you to get PEC, Chandigarh . You may still try as your 12th percentage is good .
