Moreover, Chandigarh University is having collaboration with abroad universities so they also provide a chance to study abroad. Although, it will be a little costly but it's good.

Thappar Institute is the best for BE. This is one the best universities in India and their study and placement records are very good. It is better than PEC. Also, the electrical engineering department is one of the best in India in Thapar University.

As per the ranking, Chandigarh University is better than Himachal Pradesh University.
