Hello Guna, once a student clears all his backlogs he is on par with his other batchmates who have passed graduation of engineering without any backlogs. However there are some institutions which insist that they will admit students who have passed their exams without any backlogs only. In such case

The TNEA ranks of general category below 500 can be safe for getting PSGCT for CSE, or the TNEA score above 195 can be the good enough for this college in asked engineering branch.
