"All students are entitled to a refund of tuition for courses not yet begun. Students enrolled in courses already in progress shall have tuition refunded on a prorated basis to the last date of attendance. The student will be required to officially notify the academic services manager and complete the required withdrawal petition to qualify for refund of any charges incurred."
