Yes, candidates can secure admission to MBA at UIM, Karnavati University without CAT score. Candidates can secure admission to the programme based on a valid CMAT score as well. The college shortlists students based on either CAT or CMAT score. The final admission is granted based on candidates' performance in personal interview round.

For admission to the MCA programme of Quantum School of Technology, Quantum University, the following are required:
A Bachelor's degree (BCA, B.Sc IT/CS) with a minimum of 50% marks.
For students with a B.Sc, B.Com, or B.A. degree, a background in Mathematics is required in either the 12th or during graduation, who might also have to take additional courses.
Admissions shall be on the basis of merit, but students may also attempt to take the Q-CARE for scholarships.

Most of the people in India consider Quantum University, Quantum School of Technology to be Tier 2 school .
Reasons:
Well-placed with a record of placement for Amazon, Capgemini, and IBM.
Being in a tier lower than IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, and VIT, it has decent infrastructure and programs.
Regionally recognized, its national/international recognition does not match that of Tier 1.
Although it provides good opportunities, in terms of reputation and placement reach, it remains Tier 2.
