Upvote Most programmes are applied for on the DAAD portal. EPOS is the exception. There you apply to the German university running the course.

Not for a degree course directly. A Class 12 certificate from India needs a Studienkolleg year and the Feststellungsprüfung first. The HSK summer course is the DAAD option at this stage.
