While IGDTUW in Delhi is a top-tier government institute with lower fees and slightly higher NIRF rankings, Cummins College of Engineering for Women offers a more specialised, industry-aligned autonomous curriculum in Pune's massive IT hub. Compared to G.L. Bajaj, Cummins consistently delivers higher average placements (INR 13-14 LPA) and attracts more elite global recruiters like Microsoft.

Placement support is structured but also depends on individual effort.

IILM University, Gurugram, provides training sessions like resume building, mock interviews, aptitude preparation, and even a corporate readiness program. There's also access to recruiters through placement drives and networking opportunities. At the same time, students who actively participate in internships, projects, and skill-building along with having a good attendance and discipline record tend to perform better in placements.
