The BA programme at St. Xavier's College Mumbai is on par with other top-tier colleges like SRCC or other top DU colleges. Although the facilities at both colleges are top-notch, the key differentiating factor between the two is the high academic standards of St. Xavier's College along with its autonomous education system. BA by St. Xavier's College Mumbai is a sought-after course because of the high campus life and placement opportunities.

For the B.P.Ed. (Bachelor of Physical Education) course at Lovely Professional University, the cutoff is not based on PCM subjects. Admission is generally based on the aggregate percentage of the qualifying degree (overall marks) along with sports participation and qualification of the physical eligibility test. Usually, about 50% aggregate marks in graduation are required.
