The admission at AIIMS Bhubaneswar is entrance based. If you want to get admission in AIIMS Bhubaneswar you must have a good score in AIIMS MBBS entrance examination. The exam is held every year in the month May. There are many others private and semi-govt colleges where you can get admission on the merit based. You should definitely try once for them if you want direct admission based on your class 12th marks.
