AIIMS New Delhi offers MBBS, BSc, BSc (Hons), PB BSc Nursing along with a BOptometry course at the undergraduate level. For admission to all these courses, the minimum eligibility criteria is the completion of Class 12 with a bare minimum percentage. A more detailed eligibility and selection criteria for all the undergraduate programmes available at AIIMS are tabulated below:

Considered one of the top medical institutes in India, AIIMS gets a lot of support from the government in terms of funding, but what really sets them apart is their dedicated faculty members, extremely low fee, exposure to the field and a lot more. As per a verified student's review on Shiksha, "Students are provided with many job opportunities. They can also continue with their studies (MD/MS) if pursuing MBBS from AIIMS Delhi. Almost 90%-100% of students get selected in the same college or other top hospitals in India". Yes, AIIMS does offer admission to NRI students. However, there is no seat reserved for them. Seats are available across every course offered at AIIMS Delhi and the requirement for admission across all courses is also similar to that of domestic students applying for the course. 

  • MBBS: There is no seat reserved for OCI and NRI candidates. Foreign candidates must have atleast 60% aggregate with PCB and English in Class 12 or equivalent. 
  • MSc: The eligibility criteria for the foreign candidates will be at par with the eligibility criteria for Indian candidates.

Yes, SRCC GBO exam has negative marking. Each question in SRCC GBO question paper carries four marks. One mark is deducted for each incorrect answer.

SRCC GBO exam is conducted for two hours or 120 minutes. The exam is conducted in the computer-based test mode. SRCC GBO exam does not have any sectional time limit as well. However, the candidates need to solve the question paper in 120 minutes and this means that students will have approximately one minute to solve each question. Candidates must take care of saving their answers at every step as the moment 120 minutes will get over, the screen will automatically end the test.
