Considered one of the top medical institutes in India, AIIMS gets a lot of support from the government in terms of funding, but what really sets them apart is their dedicated faculty members, extremely low fee, exposure to the field and a lot more. As per a verified student's review on Shiksha, "Students are provided with many job opportunities. They can also continue with their studies (MD/MS) if pursuing MBBS from AIIMS Delhi. Almost 90%-100% of students get selected in the same college or other top hospitals in India". While the private colleges charge extremely hefty fee amounts that even go up to 1 crore for their medical courses, the same can be obtained from AIIMS New Delhi at a tuition fee as low as INR 6,080 for the complete course. Additionally, the institute got ranked at the first position by NIRF in 2022 under the Medical category. 

Yes, AIIMS does offer admission to NRI students. However, there is no seat reserved for them. Seats are available across every course offered at AIIMS Delhi and the requirement for admission across all courses is also similar to that of domestic students applying for the course. 

• MBBS: There is no seat reserved for OCI and NRI candidates. Foreign candidates must have atleast 60% aggregate with PCB and English in Class 12 or equivalent. 
• MSc: The eligibility criteria for the foreign candidates will be at par with the eligibility criteria for Indian candidates.
• MD/ MS/ MCh/ DM: A combined merit list of the sponsored/ foreign candidates is made. Seats are allotted purely on merit on the basis of performance in the entrance test

SRCC GBO exam is conducted for two hours or 120 minutes. The exam is conducted in the computer-based test mode. SRCC GBO exam does not have any sectional time limit as well. However, the candidates need to solve the question paper in 120 minutes and this means that students will have approximately one minute to solve each question. Candidates must take care of saving their answers at every step as the moment 120 minutes will get over, the screen will automatically end the test. The SRCC GBO exam is conducted in the evening shift, I. e. from 3 PM to 5 PM. Also, there is no provision for changing the exam slot. Candidates must make sure that they reach the SRCC GBO exam centre by 2:00 PM in order to complete the frisking formalities at the entry gate. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre beyond 2:45 PM.
